  • Module 1: Introduction and Principles of a Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Module 2: Keep your Focus – Identify realistic and measurable goals and stick to them
  • Module 3: Develop a Customer Persona – How to mine your existing customer data to develop a ‘best customer’ profile
  • Module 4: It’s all about Content – Content development ideas that will be of value to your marketing persona(s)
  • Module 5: Packaging and Delivering your Content – Prepare your content in a way that it will be consumed by your persona (video, image, text etc.) and deliver it to where your persona will find it (blog, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, paid advertising etc).
  • Module 6: Measure your Success – Analyse your customer data to evaluate your marketing efforts, then focus on what works and discard what doesn’t work.
